How the Mail Club works
Good to know
Editions are unique. Current editions ship monthly, with each one unique. Once it's gone, it's gone, though leftover copies sometimes show up in the Shop as Past Mail Club Editions.
No refund once mailed. Once an edition has been mailed, that month's payment is not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Damaged in transit? Get in touch through the Contact page as soon as you can, ideally within five days of it arriving, with your order number and a description of the damage. I look at every case individually and will usually send a replacement at no cost to you.
International orders. Customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country. Mail Club letters ship as untracked letter mail and can take up to about three weeks to arrive.
