Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026.

Cocoa Creation is a one-person shop, run by an independent artist based in Canada. I only collect what I need to run the store and ship your order, nothing more.
What I collect
  • Your name, email, and shipping address, to fulfill your order.
  • Your order and Mail Club subscription history.
  • Your birthday month, only if you choose to share it, so I can slip a small surprise into that month's edition.
  • Any message you send me through the Contact page.
  • Your email, if you sign up for the newsletter.

Payment is handled entirely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. I never see or store your full card number.
How I use it

To process and ship your order, to reach you if there's a problem with it, and to reply if you contact me. If you've signed up for the newsletter, to send you updates. That's it. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it beyond what's needed to run the store: Shopify, my payment processors, and my shipping and email tools.
How long I keep it

As long as needed for accounting and tax records, or until you ask me to delete it.
