What's in every Mail Club edition?
Contents are the same for every member. There are no tiers. Each monthly edition is a hand-assembled envelope of small handmade pieces.
What's the difference between Canada and International?
They're the same subscription with destination-based pricing: Canada ($10/month) or International ($13/month), both shipping-inclusive. Contents are identical.
Will my order have tracking?
Most orders, including every Mail Club letter and most Shop items (prints, stickers, and bookmarks), are sent as untracked letter mail, since they're light enough to travel as a regular envelope. Some Shop items, like a clay piece, ship as a real parcel with a genuine carrier tracking number instead, since they're heavier and more fragile. Whenever a tracking number does apply, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I pause or skip a month?
Not at this time. You can cancel any time from your account instead.
What if my item arrives damaged?
