Subscription Policy
What you get
The Mail Club is one recurring monthly subscription with two destination-based prices, Canada and International, and no content tiers. Every member receives the same monthly contents, and the price already includes shipping.
Billing
Your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, it may be retried and your edition may be held until payment succeeds.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account's subscription management page. There is no requirement to contact support. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund an edition already charged, produced, or mailed.
Pausing or skipping a month
Pausing or skipping a single month is not available at this time.
Address changes
Keep your shipping address current in your account. If your address changes after an edition is already in production, contact support so we can correct it before mailing where possible.
