Mail Club letters

Every Mail Club edition ships as letter mail — a small envelope, not a parcel. Letters are normally mailed between the 25th and the 30th of each month and take up to approximately three weeks to arrive, with possible additional delays for international or customs processing. Because letter mail is normally untracked, dispatch emails confirm that your letter was mailed but do not include a tracking number unless a genuinely tracked service was used.

Shop orders

Shop orders may ship as letter mail or as a parcel, depending on the size, weight, thickness, and fragility of what you ordered. Small flat items like stickers, bookmarks, and small prints may qualify as letter mail. Clay pieces, fragile items, and larger or bundled orders ship as parcels. If any item in your order requires parcel shipping, the whole order ships together as a parcel.

Parcel tracking

Parcel shipments include a tracked carrier label and a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once the label is created.

Customs and international orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges collected by their own country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or by the carrier.
