Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or subscribing to the Mail Club, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Replacement Policy, and the disclosures shown to you at checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Ordering and Payment

We accept payment through Stripe (credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available) and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order. Mail Club subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. At checkout you will always be shown the amount charged today, the recurring monthly amount, the currency, the billing frequency, applicable shipping, applicable taxes, and the rule governing your next billing date.

Mail Club Subscription

The Mail Club is one recurring monthly product with two destination-based prices: Canada and International. There are no content tiers — every member receives the same monthly contents: one 5×7 inch art print, two stickers, one bookmark, and one changing surprise item.

Subscription and Cancellation Cut-Off

The normal cut-off for both new subscriptions and cancellations is 8:00 PM Eastern Time on the 14th day of the month. For example, a subscription completed by 8:00 PM Eastern on May 14 normally qualifies for the June edition, produced in May and mailed between May 25 and May 30; subscribing after that time moves you to the following edition instead. Cancelling before the cut-off stops billing immediately and applies going forward. Cancelling after the cut-off does not cancel the edition you are already committed to for that cycle — you will still receive it — but you will not be charged for the following month. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund an edition that has already been charged, produced, or mailed.

Automatic Payments

Mail Club payments are taken automatically through Stripe or PayPal. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method, a current email address, and a complete shipping address. Failed payments may be retried, and your edition may be held until payment succeeds.

Shipping and Delivery

Mail Club letters are normally mailed between the 25th and the 30th of each month and may take up to approximately three weeks to arrive. All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery Notifications

We send a dispatch notification when your letter is mailed. Tracking information is only provided when a genuinely tracked mailing service was actually used for your order.

Customs and Delays

We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by their own country.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged inside your letter or parcel, contact support within five calendar days of confirmed delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs.

Returns and Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not automatically refund change-of-mind purchases, incorrect customer-provided addresses, ordinary handmade variation, customs delays, carrier delays, or untracked mail that is still within its estimated delivery window. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, branding, and written content on this site remain the artist's intellectual property. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or any commercial rights in that artwork.

AI Prohibition

Without our prior written permission, you may not use any artwork from this site to train, test, fine-tune, develop, or supply datasets to AI or machine-learning systems, and you may not submit it to generative-AI tools for replication, transformation, imitation, or dataset creation.

Unauthorized Reproduction and Commercial Reselling

Reproduction, counterfeit copies, commercial manufacturing, scanning for redistribution, stock-site uploads, or unauthorized commercial resale of any product are prohibited. Contact support for licensing questions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect losses and for delays outside our reasonable control, without excluding any legal right that cannot be waived.

Privacy

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including for payment processing, fulfilment, support, analytics, cookies and consent, retention, and your access, correction, and deletion rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without removing any protection you are entitled to under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
