What you get

The Mail Club is one recurring monthly subscription with two destination-based prices — Canada and International — and no content tiers. Every member receives the same monthly contents: one 5×7 inch art print, two stickers, one bookmark, and one changing surprise item.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically each month through Stripe or PayPal until you cancel. If a payment fails, it may be retried and your edition may be held until payment succeeds.

Monthly cut-off

The normal cut-off for new subscriptions and cancellations is 8:00 PM Eastern Time on the 14th of the month. Subscribing by then normally qualifies you for the following month's edition; subscribing after that time normally moves you to the edition after that, unless we manually approve late entry for a specific edition.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account's subscription management page, with no dark patterns and no requirement to contact support. You will see a clear confirmation once cancellation is complete. If you cancel before that cycle's 8:00 PM Eastern cut-off on the 14th, billing stops immediately. If you cancel after the cut-off, you are already committed to the edition currently in production — you will still receive it, but you will not be charged for the following month. Cancelling does not refund an edition already charged, produced, or mailed, and does not remove entitlement to an edition you have already paid for unless it is refunded.

Pausing or skipping a month

Pausing or skipping a single month is not available at this time.

Address changes

Keep your shipping address current in your account. If your address changes after an edition's sticker has already been generated, contact support so we can correct it before mailing where possible.
