When does the Mail Club cutoff happen each month?
Normally 8:00 PM Eastern on the 14th of the month. Subscribe by then to receive the following month's edition, mailed between the 25th and 30th. Subscribing after the cutoff moves you to the edition after that.
What's in every Mail Club edition?
One 5×7 inch art print, two stickers, one bookmark, and one changing surprise item. Contents are the same for every member — there are no tiers.
What's the difference between Canada and International?
They're the same subscription with destination-based pricing — Canada or International shipping. Contents are identical.
Will I get a tracking number?
Mail Club letters are normally sent as untracked letter mail. If we ever use a genuinely tracked service, tracking will be included in your dispatch email.
Can I pause or skip a month?
Not at this time — you can cancel anytime from your account instead.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact support within five calendar days of confirmed delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund & Replacement Policy.
